Payment Page for Re-Enrolling Families that Qualify for Special Pricing

(Re-enrolled before June 30th)

Important: At many parents' request, we have consolidated the Achievement Test Fee into the tuition to prevent an extra task later in the year.  Tuition on this page will reflect last year's tuition price with the $50 Achievement Test Fee added to it, instead of collecting it separately.  The 12th grade students will still be billed separately for the Graduation Fee in the spring.     

 

Families With Enrolled Siblings:  The oldest student must use the first student pricing, and all others can use the extra student pricing (10% discount).

Please read these instructions to avoid payment problems!

 

Tuition Payments: The first tuition payment is due before curriculum is shipped or setup.  You must process your oldest student first using the "first student pricing" option, then process additional children using the "extra student pricing" which reflects the 10% sibling discount.   Scroll down and find the type of curriculum program you are using, then look for the appropriate grade level, then click the annual, quarterly, or monthly payment button you wish to use.   The quarterly or monthly payment options use a Subscribe button, which requires each student to be completed separately (return to Admissions/Online Payments to setup additional students using the "extra student pricing" with the 10% discount.   Annual tuition uses an Add to Cart button, which allows multiple payments in one transaction (using the continue shopping button).

 

Quarterly or Monthly Payments:  The setup of quarterly or monthly tuition  payments must be done one transaction/student at a time. You must process your oldest student first using the "first student pricing" option, then process additional children using the "extra student pricing" which reflects the 10% sibling discount.  After clicking the appropriate Subscribe button, click the "Use Your Credit Card" link or login to your PayPal account.  Your designated payments will be automatically billed every nine weeks or month depending on the option you chose. Your first payment will be charged today. Enrollment requires a full year of tuition, but SEA is allowing you to make payments. You are responsible for a full year commitment.  A full tuition refund will be issued if withdrawal takes place before the beginning curriculum is shipped or setup online.  A 50% tuition refund will be issued if withdrawal takes place within 10 days of shipment or setup of curriculum.  If your credit card expires or is declined for a payment, your payment plan may be cancelled after a second failed attempt a few days later, which will require a $25 processing fee to re-setup your remaining payments.  You should receive an email immediately after the first failed attempt, so you can remedy the situation before the second and final attempt.

 

Invoices: SEA's invoices will list "kthompson@aopse.com" as the e-mail address. Both you and SEA will have a receipt via e-mail as soon as your payment is made. 

 

Add to Cart Usage:   This is a Shopping Cart system. You may pay several items in one transaction. After you add a fee to the cart, you may change the quantity and Update Cart and choose the Continue Shopping or close the window to pay other fees on this screen. When finished, use the Secure Checkout or View Cart button below.  IMPORTANT NOTES: If your credit card has been associated with a PayPal account in the past, you may have to use the PayPal login to make payments of $500 or more! FIREFOX NOTE: When using Continue Shopping, you may have to close the PayPal window to return here.  Some users may have a daily or transaction limit where you may need to pay for some fees today and return tomorrow to make the remainder of the payments.  You may always call us if you are having trouble.

Checkout: After clicking Secure Checkout, you can login to your PayPal account OR you can use your debit or credit card by clicking Continue next to "Don't have a PayPal account" (example below shows what the Continue link looks like after you click Secure Checkout to pay via a credit card).

 

Most common causes of credit card payment problems: (You may call us if you are having trouble!)

A. You must use the exact same address used for billing on your credit card account.  

B. Business cards with the name and organization printed on the card should enter the card's 1st line in the First Name box and the 2nd line of the card should be entered in the Last Name box.  

C. If your card was previously used with PayPal, you may get a notice saying the card is already associated with a PayPal account if you try to use it without logging in. You can use the "Continue without logging in" option for $500 or less in monthly purchases, otherwise you must login for larger purchases.

D. You may have a daily or transaction limit on your card.  You may have to make two separate transactions over two days.  Call us if you are still having trouble.

Parents can direct their student to use a SEA teacher for concept help and questions rather than requiring the parent to explain difficult concepts. Students can access the extra assistance via telephone or from the message center directly in the curriculum. The Teacher Support Program also handles all record keeping and reporting, which saves the parent work.
