This account is for contact us messages,
applications, diagnostic requests, re-enrollment
forms, summer school signup, test drive
requests. An important
reminder: Forms are sent from the website and NOT
email accounts, so you cannot Reply to these
messages! Click their email address in their
message and a new Compose window will open to write
them back. You can copy their question first and
paste into the new message to help them remember
what they were asking.
Email
System: Mike will usually manage this, but
here is an overview.
Login:
Click the News link on the bottom of the Home
page. Login with onlinecomputerlab and
3.....L. The Express Email
Marketing window will open. Just close when
finished. Don't need to Logout.
View
Past Message: Click the Email Designer link on the
left, then View Campaigns to see a list of past
messages. Click directly on the Campaign Name
to see the message OR click 1st little button with
magnifying glass to see opened/unopened/unsubscribed/bounced
stats.
Create
a New Message: Click the Email Designer link
on the left, then View Campaigns to see a list of
past messages. Click the top Campaign's copy
button (small double doc picture) and a compose
window will open with the old message and
banner. Delete/change the old message
body. Change the Campaign Name and
Subject. Parents cannot see the Campaign Name
(it is for our benefit). Choose Next, Next,
Send Now, OK or buttons on bottom.
Edit/View
Subscriber Info (change email address for them,
etc.): Click List Database Manager link on
left, then click View Subscribers. Use Search
or Advanced Search to find someone to edit their
info for them.

Southeast Academy strives for excellence in education. Hands-on science lab experiments and projects are essential for high school students to receive a quality understanding of concepts.
When a student is in any of the four different SEA science courses below, a corresponding Science Lab Kit must be purchased and used along with the curriculum SEA provides. The lab kit cost is not included in the tuition, but is a valuable investment in your child.
Overview of Lab Kit Usage: The student uses the appropriate Coordination sheet (available below) to know when to do which QSL experiment/project with which SEA unit. The student uses the included lab manual for instructions on how to do the experiment/project. Supplies for experiments/projects are included in the kit. The student writes down each experiment's results in the lab manual in the appropriate location. At the end of the 10 unit SEA course, copies of all student's lab results are mailed to SEA to receive the course credit and lab credit. The lab results can be copied from the manual to mail or you can use printable lab results pdf's (available below) for the course and copy results from the manual to the printed sheets to mail.

Math Curriculum:
The Key math diagnostic
structure automatically gives parents access to diagnostic
sheets and collects emails for possible later newsletter
or marketing. The emails should be collected in a
folder to glean addresses later. Enrolled students should
let you know what they need for supplemental

Testing:
Old McGraw Hill Test
Structure: Register, Pay, Instructions (SEA used
snail mail instructions to purchase testing fee last year,
then used Instruction link below only. Reg and Pay
links were only used by WCA, but WCA's links are shown to
see how it was done.
Communication that went out

Achievement Testing will be from April 20 - May
30. If you have pre-registered and paid the testing
fee, please visit www.southeastacademyonline.com/testing
for online testing directions. You should review the
instruction page at least a day before testing. You may
want to print the web page.
Communication sent
through WCA system email: The
deadline for registering for online achievement testing is
this Monday March 16th! Traditional booklet
achievement testing registration must be done by Monday
March 23rd.
Due to our efforts in offering a high quality program, our
accreditation requirements this year are requiring all
students 6th - 12th grade to take a spring standardized
test. Younger grades should also consider registering for
the achievement testing. The cost of standardized
testing is $50 as was posted on the school website, but
parents registering BEFORE Saturday March 14th will
benefit with an extended pricing special of $45 per
student. You may visit the link below to register.
The testing can be done at your location under a
non-relative proctor (test supervisor). Online
testing may be an option rather than traditional booklets
for those registering early. We only have a limited number
of online tests available. All traditional testing
materials and answer sheets need to be shipped back to WCA
by April 16th.
For your student to do well, parents should schedule two
days for testing with two hours each day. Parents
should make arrangements with someone such as a youth
pastor, retired educator, extracurricular teacher, etc. to
give the test.
