PreK-1st Grade Evaluations (print appropriate form and use): 

Normally students should display specific abilities before beginning Kindergarten 4, Kindergarten 5, and 1st grade. Most curricula expects a kindergartner to have basic reading readiness skills before entering 1st grade, which can be shown with the Readiness Exit Exam.

1st-2nd Grade Students:  Most students will complete a full year of curriculum based on grade level. 

The main evaluation should be the ability to read (Readiness Exit Exam).
